Let’s hear it for the telephone! We don’t have to write, schedule or upload anything. We simply dial the number and chat to potential buyers as soon as we take on a new property - it’s as instant as that. No scrolling past, unfollowing or deleting. We do love social media (check Aspire’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts) but it can be a one-way dialogue or more of a past time than a serious conversation.

It may seem a really old fashioned tactic but calling remains the best way of generating interest in our clients’ properties. You can inject passion and personality in a call. You can open their mind to new property ideas and gauge their interest by tone of voice. You can persuade them to book a viewing or increase their offer by having a conversation.
