Just because we have sold you a property and earned our fee from our client, our service does not stop there. For many years we have operated an informal, keyholding service for our clients and have always been available to make local recommendations for many local services and more. This became so popular that we launched ‘aspire concierge’, a service designed to make moving into a new home, and the journey beyond, just a little bit easier.

At its heart it’s a very simple key holding service. An obvious scenario might be waking up to a cold house or a leaking dishwasher; you need to get off to work but can’t as you have to let the engineer in! With the ‘aspire concierge’ service, the relevant contractor can collect and return the keys to us, ensuring you don’t lose a half or even full day at work.

Do you need to let a maintenance man, gardener, electrician, plumber or even just a dog walker have access to your house? The list is probably endless but, rest assured, the team at aspire are on hand to help.

Please contact your local office to make the necessary arrangements which will start with us holding a spare set of your keys. These will then be available for you or a contractor to borrow, subject to a simple set of rules, which are there purely to protect your keys. We may also be able to assist you in finding most day-to-day local services you may require from time to time. We can also offer advice and assistance if you are planning to extend or refurbish your home in order to ensure that you maximise your investment.

‘Aspire Concierge’… means there is someone local on hand, at the end of the phone or email, to help advise you and ensure access to your property is available during working hours, enabling you to maximise your working or free time. It’s as simple as that.
