Block Management

The Aspire Residential Block Management Guide

About Aspire Block Management

We are a proudly independent London estate agent that do things differently. At Aspire we not only hear, we listen to what you have to say.

Our business is founded on integrity and clear, honest communication.

We manage over 50 Blocks in London, with the majority of our portfolio in South West London.

We strive to provide a high level of service to our clients. Communication and transparency is important to us, providing a reassuring service and giving peace of mind to our clients whether you are a freeholder, leaseholder or contractor.

The Aspire Approach to Block Management

Our approach to block management is based around stability and long term planning. We have a dedicated Block Management team, where our main goal is to give our leaseholders and freeholders peace of mind.

When we commence management of a new block, we carry out a full audit.

The audit looks at various points; the condition of the building, general repair requirements, health & safety, fire risk assessment, cyclical maintenance, major works, compliance with the lease as well as other items.

After the audit has been completed an action list is prepared identifying the priorities considering short term, medium and long term financial planning.

Please let us know if there are any areas that you wish to review and we would be happy to discuss your requirements.
