Branch Administrator – Battersea Park
We are looking to recruit a Branch Administrator for our Battersea Park office. The person we are looking for will have strong administration skills and ideally have some experience within property or similar industry.
The successful candidate will be working in our small boutique office in Battersea Park and will have the opportunity to take on extra responsibilities.
The role will be wide ranging, including organising the office marketing, website uploads, window displays, new property instructions brochures, responsibility for lettings progression and aiding the negotiators in the sales processes, occasional assistance with sales and lettings viewings together with many other varied office and admin. duties.
The successful candidate is likely to be well spoken and educated, organised, self-motivated with strong administration skills. Good communication skills and a sense of fun will also be high on our wish list.
Starting Salary: £22-£24k
Senior Lettings Progressor - Fulham South
Description: You will be required to manage and progress the paperwork for new lettings deals from the point of an offer being agreed through to successful move in. The main duties of the Tenancy Progressor will include; Drafting paperwork for new tenancies. Registering deposits. Liaising with clients, tenants and agents to ensure that paperwork is completed efficiently. Arranging inventory check-ins and drawing up invoices.
Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will already have a background working in lettings, ideally in an admin role and must therefore be used to working with defined timescales and deadlines. You will also require a close attention to detail, with the confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels in. The role is diverse and will require someone with a good eye for detail and who is able to multi-task. Being ARLA qualified or in the process of becoming qualified would be ideal.
Starting Salary: £28-£30k
