Maple Glazed Pigs in Blanket Canape

Ingredients

18 cocktail sausages
9 streaky bacon rashers
150ml maple syrup
Thyme springs

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

2. Wrap each sausage in half the bacon rasher and place over a lined baking tray.

3. Cook for 20 minutes. Then pour over the maple syrup, shake the tray to that the sausages are even covered. Cook for a further 15 minutes or till golden brown and crispy.

4. Serve hot with fresh thyme leaves to garnish.
