We all lead busy lives. Between work, children, family commitments, it can be difficult to find time for ourselves, let alone for property viewings - especially when you consider that the average buyer will view eight properties before making an offer.
Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way for you to view properties without having to leave the comfort of your home; at a time that suits you?
Well there is, with our Virtual Reality (VR) property viewings.
VR property viewing
A virtual reality viewing is a fully immersive online viewing.
Self-guided or accompanied viewings
Whilst it is a straightforward process to view the virtual tour yourself via the Aspire website we find many potential buyers or tenants prefer a fully guided tour. In this instance you simply have to click on the Virtual Viewing request on the relevant property, fill in the requested details and one of our staff will be back in touch very quickly to get the viewing started. If you want to go a stage further then why not try out our viewing with the help of our VR goggles. If you have your own Google Cardboard goggles then all you need is a mobile phone, then click on the video and start exploring! Alternatively you can pop into the relevant office and use our set of professional goggles. The great thing about self-guided tours is you can conduct viewings at a time and place that suits you, be it during your lunch break at work, or from the comfort of your home.
Benefits to landlords and tenants
One of the major benefits of virtual reality viewings for landlords, tenants and agents is this system usually enables a client to achieve more viewings on their property whether virtual or in person whilst also ensuring that the number of 'in-person' viewings needed to let or sell a property can actually be reduced meaning less disruption to the owners. Potential buyers and tenants can get a better feel for the house in advance which often increases the chance of an offer after the first 'in-person' viewing. It is very helpful for buyers and tenants who are not local, in particular allowing overseas customers and those outside London virtual access to the relevant property.
No substitute for the real thing
As good as our virtual tours are, they’re no substitute for real-world property viewings. We recommend you use our VR property tours to assist in creating a shortlist of properties that fit your criteria and you’d like to see in person.
