The villa is located front line golf, on the prestigious 5 star golf resort Los Flamingos, next to The Villa Padierna Palace 5 star Hotel & Spa. The villa has sea & golf views. The four bedrooms all have dressing’s rooms and ensuite bathrooms. There is a private infinity swimming pool set around a garden. There is a lovely Spanish courtyard with water feature and three terraces.
Owners can use the restaurants & bars of the hotel & the beach club, in addition owners can become a member of the spectacular hotel health spa and Golf Club. The beach is a 5 minute’s drive from the villa, Puerto Banus is a 10 minute’s drive and Marbella is a 15 minute’s drive, Malaga airport is around 40 minutes by car. Completion December 2016.
