At the commencement of a new tenancy we arrange for an independent Inventory Clerk to prepare an inventory and schedule of condition. This cost is met by the Landlord, although if we already have a previous schedule of condition in place, we shall compile and inventory update where no charge is required. The tenant pays towards this update.
When the tenancy terminates we arrange for an independent Inventory Clerk to carry out a Check Out and prepare a Check Out report. This cost is borne by the landlord.
